Jenkins Real Estate Appraisal Co., Inc., was established in 1982 by Carl L. Jenkins. Ron Jenkins joined the company in 1987 and was named President of the company in 1991. Over the years many appraisers have been trained and/or affiliated with our company servicing numerous local and out of state Lenders, Attorneys and Homeowners that require fast, dependable appraisal services for the St. Louis City, St. Louis County, Jefferson County, St. Charles City and County, and parts of Franklin and Warren Counties.
